Let's get back on topic.
I pick the Colts. Yes, the Pats have the #1 offense and most points and most TDs and etc. But lets break down their opponents. They have won a game against each of the teams in their division: Miami with 0 wins, Jets who have only beaten Miami, and the Bills who have 3 wins 2 of which were against the Jets. Cleveland, Cinci, and SanDiego all struggled at the beginning of the year agains everyone (Cinci still is). Washington was picked by most to finish last in the NFC East. Dallas lost the game more than New England won. Did you see all the third-down conversions that got called back for penalties? I think Dallas converted nearly every third-down at least once, it just never counted. It was amazing Dallas hung in there as long as they did the way they played that game. Granted, they were out their top DBs and linemen to injury and were a short week.
Now the Colts: 2 wins over the Titans and Jaguars (the two top teams in the AFC if you discard the Pats and the Colts). Jags have only lost to the Titans and Colts. They beat EVERY team in the NFC South and Denver (who came soo close to beating the Packers).
Colts schedule has been against much more impressive teams. NE has only played one decent team, and that team lost the game rather than the Pats winning it. If the Colts and the pats swapped schedules, the Colts would have the number 1 offense...but they probably wouldn't have as many points. Tony Dungee isn't a jerk or a cheater.
